This terms of use applies to Volleyball Jump Mechanics (the "App"), published by Shane Racey ("we", "us"). It also applies to this website, volleyball.shaneracey.com.
Agreement
By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Using the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and to the rules of the store you downloaded it from (the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service).
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Accounts

Purchases and subscriptions

Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break these terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: e.g. the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
